Mr. Lipzen received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Davis in 2000. He then began his career as a paralegal, before deciding to pursue an education in law, obtaining his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Mr. Lipzen has been practicing law since 2010 and has been an associate at Bonjour, Thorman & Burns since 2014. He has practiced in state courts including Contra Costa, Alameda, Santa Clara, Plumas, and San Joaquin counties.
