Sentencing
Our job is to obtain the lowest possible punishment if you are convicted. We can arrange for electronic monitoring in some cases (house arrest) or work furlough, supervised release or the Sheriff=s work alternative program (SWAP). In some cases drug or alcohol programs can be arranged instead of jail.
