1. In recent DUI trials, secured acquittals on one case with a .21 blood alcohol content and another case with a .16 blood alcohol content. In a case with a .14 blood alcohol content, achieved a hung jury resulting in a plea to a lesser charge.

2. Secured an acquittal in federal court on bank robbery charges despite identifications of the defendant as the bank robber by a teller and a customer in the bank.

3. Vacated various convictions, including possession for sales of drugs and felony assaults, on behalf of non-citizens who were being deported based on their criminal convictions. As a result, deportation proceedings were terminated and our clients were allowed to stay in the United States.

4. Represented real estate developer and sports agent in high profile capital murder for hire trial known in the media as the cross-bow murder case. The case ended in a hung jury.

5. Represented one of the three defendants charged in Gwen Araujo transgender murder case out of Newark, California. After a hung jury in the first trial, the case was retried and the defendant was convicted of second degree murder.

6. Secured an acquittal in federal court in Oklahoma City for a California man charged with possession for sale of six kilos of cocaine. The cocaine was found hidden in the door panel of a car he was driving.
